IOC Evidence submitted to the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill

This is the evidence that It’s Our City submitted to the Public Bill Committee on the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill.  This focuses on the Clause 57 proposals to abolish the committee system, which will overturn Sheffield’s democratic decision in our local governance referendum, and force us back to the ‘strong leader’ governance we resoundingly rejected.
